A Payday loan is a short term advance designed to cover an un-expected cash flow crises.
It is a personal unsecured loan designed to give you a little extra cash to help you out for a short time. The loan can be used for any purpose and must be repaid within a short specified period.
Umbrella Loans should be repaid in a single installment, our ethical lending policy is means we only want to lend what can be paid back easily.
Our short terms loans are exactly that - you repay us the amount you borrow plus the interest and charges on or before the agreed deadline. If your particular circumstances require a longer term solution we advise you to seek advice and investigate alternative financial products.
You can only apply for an Umbrella Short Term Loan online at the moment, just decide on the amount and follow our simple online application form.
Umbrella Loans have invested a great deal of time into designing systems that will ensure your information is processed and stored securely. We believe the best method of ensuring this is to only allow applications to be made online, this means all the information you may provide can be encrypted immediately.
Umbrella Loans can only consider applications from people fitting the following criteria;
Over 18
UK Resident
Currently in employment
Have your salary paid direct into your bank account
Have a debit card for the same account as you salary is paid into.

You can apply anytime that is convenient through our website. You may want to make sure you have the following to hand;
1. Bank Account & Debit Card Details.
2. Employment Details
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without having to give any reason. The 14 days begin on the day after the agreement is signed by us. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw, either by writing to us at 23 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QR or by telephoning us on 0845 617 1338. You must repay, without delay and no later than 30 calendar days after giving notice of withdrawal, the credit and the interest accrued from the date the credit was provided to the date of repaying it.
Our systems are designed to give an instant decision in principle, once your loan has received final approval from our underwriting department it will be transferred to your nominated account - usually this happens on sameday of the loan being approved. Please be aware not all banks are the same and there are circumstances beyond our control that can delay a transfer.
At the time of application you will agree a specified date to repay the amount in full. The amount you will have to repay will be clearly stated at the time of application.

We know that personal circumstances can change, even within a couple of weeks. We urge you to consider very carefully the terms of an Umbrella Loan before you enter into an agreement with us.
We also urge you to contact us as soon as you realise you will have difficulty in making the repayment on time.
If you do not pay the loan within the specified period, then additional fees and charges will apply as detailed on your loan agreement.
